The Conservatory has 19 apartments
on four floors. The choices range from 964 square-feet with one
bedroom/one bath to 2,244 square feet with two-bedrooms plus an office,
an extra storage closet and 2.5 baths.
All apartments have open floor plans featuring gourmet kitchens with
granite counter tops, stainless steel GE appliances, maple cabinetry
by Armstrong and Kohler faucets. Each apartment has its own gas fired
heating and air conditioning system and laundry room equipped with a
full-sized GE stacked washer and dryer. Also provided for each apartment
is High Speed Internet and Cable Service. See Features

The Conservatory has a controlled-access
underground garage,
radiant heated sidewalks for snow and ice removal, surveillance cameras and an intercom entry access system.
A recycling program is available to the tenants.
The Conservatory has been designated a Smoke Free Building, and a No-Smoking Policy has been adopted for the premises.
